About Us

Rob Hohmann started in the masonry industry with Hohmann & Barnard in 1992. During his three decades of service, he has been deeply involved in plant management, production scheduling, inventory control and sales. He has assisted in the consolidation of several acquisitions made by Hohmann & Barnard. He also helped contribute to the growth of the company by supervising the establishment of new service centers / production facilities in Arizona and Utah.

Rob comes from a 90-year family tradition of dedicated customer service and product knowledge. He values the relationships that were built over the years and looks forward to continuing those in the near future.

Ron Hohmann Jr. has over 29 years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career in 1994 at Hohmann & Barnard (H&B), a family business. Ron became President of H&B in 2007 and in 2008 he helped facilitate the acquisition of H&B by Mitek (A Berkshire Hathaway Company). Under his leadership H&B grew to become the leader in the masonry industry. Ron’s vast knowledge and experience allowed him to patent over 90 products in the masonry, waterproofing and residential industries. He departed H&B in July of 2019.

Since his departure from H&B, Ron has enjoyed spending time with his wife Judy and his two children, Kealee & Ron III.

During his three-year hiatus Ron had time to reflect on the future in the masonry industry. He believes a family business that cares about the customer, not the bottom line, is the path to success. He is committed to providing exceptional products and to taking care of the customer. He will continue to innovate new products and improve existing products which will help the masonry industry become more efficient.

Ron is very excited to return to the masonry industry. He is looking forward to reconnecting with past customers and welcomes the support new customers in this endeavor.
